Every dog is different, and I have extensive experience working with nervous, anxious, or elderly dogs. These pets may need more time, patience, and breaks during their grooming session. I take extra care to ensure that they feel comfortable and safe, allowing them to gradually get used to the grooming process at their own pace. You can be confident that your dog will leave feeling calm, refreshed, and looking great.
Puppy Intro Grooming
Starting your puppy’s grooming routine early is key to ensuring they grow up confident and comfortable with grooming. I offer a Puppy Intro service, designed to introduce puppies to the grooming process in a gentle, positive way. During this session, we’ll focus on familiarising your puppy with the sights, sounds, and smells of grooming. A typical first grooming session includes a bath, a light trim of their feet, face, and bottom, as well as nail trimming and ear cleaning (if needed). By the end of their session, your puppy will feel fresh, confident, and relaxed, setting them up for future grooming sessions.

Payments
I accept cash, debit cards and BACS payments, and there is ample parking available on-site for your convenience. Please ensure to let me know if your dog has any allergies, health conditions, or special requirements before the grooming session so that I can provide the best care possible.
Terms
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee (usually half the cost of grooms) is required. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.
